As we scale, we are looking for a hands-on IT Manager to serve as the sole IT function, owning the full IT lifecycle for the organization — from infrastructure to security to end-user support.This role is ideal for a proactive, self-starter who enjoys variety, ownership, and building scalable processes from the ground upKey ResponsibilitiesIT Operations & End-User SupportAct as the primary IT point of contact for all employeesProvide day-to-day technical support (Tier 1–2) for hardware, softwareInstall, configure, and maintain networks, operating systems, and corporate softwareTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issuesUser Management & Access ControlManage the full employee IT lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioningAdminister user accounts and permissions across platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.)Implement and maintain IAM solutions, SSO, and automated workflowsSecurity & Risk ManagementMaintain IT and data security, including endpoint protection, backups, and network securityMonitor, respond to, and investigate IT incidents and security threatsDefine and enforce IT policies and access control proceduresKnowledge & DocumentationMaintain internal IT documentation and knowledge baseDevelop guides and procedures for employeesRequirements4–5+ years of hands-on IT experience, including system administration and Help DeskProven experience managing IT as a sole function in a growing company — highly preferredHands-on expertise with Windows and macOS environmentsExperience with IAM (Azure AD, Entra, Okta), MDM Networking, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security knowledgeExcellent communication skills and service mindsetFluent in English (written and spoken)Why Join Us?Be part of a fast-growing, innovative company at the forefront of enterprise IT solutions.Opportunity to grow your career and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.Collaborate with a passionate and supportive team that values impact, innovation, and teamwork.Competitive salary and benefits package.
