Analyze market and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities. Innovation & Portfolio Management / イノベーション・ポートフォリオ管理Lead product innovation from concept to commercialization. Manage a balanced and profitable product portfolio that drives sustainable growth. Brand Equity & Marketing Excellence / ブランド価値・マーケティング推進Develop global 360° marketing strategies (digital, POSM, education, communication). Ensure consistent global storytelling and localized brand activation. Cross-Functional & Market Collaboration / 他部門・グローバル連携Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and Education to ensure smooth go-to-market. Collaborate with global and regional teams for impactful market execution. Business & Performance Management / 業績・事業管理Manage category P&L and monitor key KPIs to guide business decisions. Optimize resources and budgets to maximize ROI and growth. Leadership & Team Development / チームリーダーシップ・人材育成Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team. Foster innovation, accountability, and global mindset among future marketing talents. What Makes You a Great Fit / 応募資格・スキルRequired Qualifications & Skills / 必須条件 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field / マーケティング、ビジネス、または関連分野の学士号以上をお持ちの方8–10 years of experience in brand marketing or category management within FMCG, beauty, or professional haircare industries/ 日用品、ビューティー、またはプロフェッショナルヘアケア業界におけるブランドマーケティング、カテゴリーマネジメントの実務経験(8~10年程度)Fluent communication skills in English and Japanese (business level) / 日本語および英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力(ビジネスレベル)Proven experience in new product development and go-to-market strategy/ 新製品開発および市場導入戦略の立案・実行経験Strong leadership, agility, and collaboration skills — able to thrive in fast-changing, cross-functional, and multicultural environments/変化の激しい環境でも柔軟に対応し、クロスファンクショナルなチームを牽引できるリーダーシップと協調性をお持ちの方Desired Experience / 歓迎する経験・スキル Experience in global or regional marketing roles グローバルまたはリージョナルレベルでのマーケティング経験Passion for innovation, creativity, and professional beauty brands イノベーション、クリエイティビティ、そしてプロフェッショナルビューティーブランドへの高い関
