We’re looking for a Global Marketing Manager who combines creativity, analytical thinking, and cross-market insight to drive growth and strengthen AXIS-Y’s global brand presence.What You’ll Love About This RoleGlobal Impact: Lead integrated marketing strategies across NAM, EU, MENA, and LATAM markets.Trend-Driven Execution: Create viral campaigns that connect brand storytelling with measurable results.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand, E-commerce, PR, and Design teams.Performance Focus: Drive KPI-based campaigns that balance creative impact and business performance.Key Responsibilities1. Market Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute integrated marketing strategies tailored to regional market needs.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.Partner with distributors and regional teams to plan high-impact co-marketing activations.2. Influencer & Content MarketingOversee influencer campaigns across TikTok and Instagram to drive awareness and conversion.Manage seeding, paid collaborations, and viral content programs in coordination with regional teams.Ensure brand consistency while adapting creative direction to local market trends and culture.3. Digital & E-Commerce MarketingCollaborate with the E-commerce Manager to drive sales via influencer-led campaigns (TikTok Shop, Amazon, D2C).Plan and execute performance campaigns (ads, CRM, media buys) to maximize ROI and engagement.Optimize regional websites and social channels for conversion and customer retention.4. Partnerships & PRSupport global PR, events, and retail collaborations to build brand visibility.Maintain relationships with key distributors, beauty platforms, and media partners.Manage co-marketing and retail activation calendars to ensure alignment and consistency.5. Reporting & PerformanceTrack and analyze campaign KPIs, influencer performance, and digital marketing data.Deliver quarterly reports covering ROI, engagement, and conversion results.Optimize budgets and execution in alignment with overall brand goals.Qualifications6–10 years of experience in global or regional marketing (beauty, skincare, or consumer brands preferred).Proven success managing multi-market influencer and digital campaigns.Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging marketing ecosystems.Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.Fluent in English; proficiency in Korean is a strong advantage.
