Snapshot of your dayYou will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of international projects — from setting up project accounting structures to supporting global mobility activities. Working closely with Project Managers, regional teams, and the Head Office in Germany, you’ll help ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with internal and external standards.How You’ll Make An ImpactSet up and control project accounting structures, ensuring accurate invoicing and reportingPrepare contracts, delegation documents, and related financial documentationAdminister and maintain financial reports for the departmentConduct monthly project cost analyses and provide insights to managementCooperate with Project Managers, regional Financial Partners, and Head Office in GermanyImplement and monitor compliance with corporate procedures, legal, and tax regulationsWhat You BringSeveral years of experience in controlling or commercial project managementStrong knowledge of SAP (invoicing and project account controlling)Experience or advanced understanding of global mobility processesExcellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive, ownership mindsetStrong analytical, organizational, and time management abilitiesProficiency in English (B2 level); German is an advantage, along with good IT literacy (Outlook, Office 365)Willingness to travel to Germany for a 2-week introduction periodAbout The TeamLow-emission power generation through technology, solutions, service and decarbonization.
