Job DescriptionPosition: Smart Mobility Solution Lead – Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) & Smart Cities Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Smart Mobility Solution Lead with 10+ years in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Smart Mobility. The role involves leading large-scale projects, integrating emerging technologies, and delivering innovative mobility solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, design, and delivery of ITS and Smart City projects.Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and project performance.Oversee technology integration (ATMS, CAV, MaaS, SaaS, IoT, cloud platforms).Direct and mentor technical teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.Engage with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.Ensure compliance with local and international standards while driving innovation.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering (Master’s preferred).Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng or equivalent).10+ years of proven experience in ITS, Smart Cities, or transportation projects.Strong expertise in ITS design, deployment, and project management.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) is a plus.
