And we need people like you to make it happen.We empower you to reach your potential with opportunities to make an impact to be proud of – for food, people and the planet.Job SummaryOur Mobility Team is currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Global Mobility Vendor Specialist to;support efficient cooperation with Global Mobility suppliers to ensure high-quality external services provided to the assignees across the globe, maintain the contracts with vendors and monitor service delivery according to SLAs and oversee invoice management.What You Will DoCoordinate regular alignments with the vendor partners to ensure efficient and high-quality level of services provided to Tetra Pak Global Mobility and to Employees on Global Mobility programsMonitor the global and local contracts to have full understanding of the engaged suppliers and contract status, manage extensions/amendments with the support of Supplier ManagementCooperation with Supplier Management to properly evaluate the level of delivery by vendors, the services provided in line with agreed scope and service level agreements/ KPIsIn cooperation with Supplier Management and Global Mobility CSC Manager, support RFIs and RFPs to ensure proper selection of future vendors.
