Together, We Make Travel Better!What you’ll be doing:Global Occupational Health and Safety manager is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring programs and policies to ensure the safety and health of guests and employees, comply with all relevant legislation. The role requires creating a safe work environment by identifying hazards ,implementing control measure and ensuring the overall well-being of the employees through continuous and proactive all aspect of Safety ,Health and environmental management .You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a global safety culture by:Developing and enforcing OHS policies and ensuring compliance with local, national, and international standards.Identifying hazards through inspections, audits, and risk assessments across lounges, hotels, kitchens, and offices.Leading emergency preparedness, including fire safety, first aid, and crisis response planning.Conducting investigations into incidents, injuries, and near-misses — driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.Delivering safety training and awareness programs (classroom and online) for all levels of staff.Driving innovation by keeping up with emerging OHS trends and continuous improvement initiatives.Promoting a proactive safety culture through collaboration with business leaders and frontline teams globally.Your Key Focus AreasCompliance: Oversee all statutory registrations and regulatory updates for OSHA, Fire Life Safety, Environmental, Ergonomic, and Food Hygiene requirements.Safety Committees: Ensure regular meetings, reports, and action plans across business units.Risk Assessment: Provide expert guidance in identifying hazards, evaluating severity, and implementing control measures.Environmental & Work Safety Systems: Champion ISO 14001 and OSHA 18001 standards — develop manuals, conduct internal audits, and coordinate certification.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.Minimum 8 years’ OHS experience in a multinational environment, preferably within hospitality or aviation.Deep understanding of global OSH regulations and corporate compliance standards.Strong leadership and communication skills.Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; project management experience is a plus.Analytical and detail-oriented, with ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.Physically fit to conduct site inspections.Valid driving license preferred.Excellent English proficiency (spoken & written).
