Job SummaryImplement marketing and promotional plans, coordinate product communication activities and conduct/compile research and marketing information for reporting purposesGeneral ResponsibilitiesSupport superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resourcesImplement marketing plans for products and services to achieve business objectives and marketing strategiesSupport the development of annual marketing budget to align to clients' needs and marketing plans. Track and document marketing expenditures and highlight deviations from budgetConduct market research and compile information on market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, etc. Perform basic analysis for decision making purposeImplement advertising and promotional plans according to agreed objectives to ensure effective execution of advertising and promotion activitiesCoordinate and organize product communication activities, launches, exhibitions, media relations activities, etc. to drive awareness of products/servicesCompile marketing information/updates and market research data/analysis as inputs to management report preparationSupport business planning with internal/external stakeholders (e.g. sales) in budgeting, marketing plans development, etc. to align to business prioritiesWork closely with external vendors and agencies (e.g. event organizers, advertising agencies, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of marketing activitiesFunctional Skills And KnowledgeDemonstrate a good working knowledge and understanding of the business and industryDemonstrate a good working knowledge in the company's products/services and application of marketing principles/practicesDemonstrate basic research and analytical skillsDemonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spokenEducationDegree or professional qualification in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or a related discipline
