About the Role We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and scale our payments integration ecosystem (from banks to wallets to regional payment networks). You’ll be the bridge between our product, engineering, and external partners, ensuring seamless connectivity and world-class payment experiences for our merchants and users. If you’re someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and partnerships, and you get excited about building reliable, high-performing payment rails that power commerce at scale, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end integrations with banks, payment schemes, wallets, and partners from technical discovery, requirement alignment, and testing to launch. Champion the merchant experience and ensure that our integrations don’t just work but work beautifully. Build user-centric dashboards to deliver seamless experience for merchants and internal stakeholders. Define product strategy for payment acceptance, payout, reconciliation and settlement - aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally with partnership, engineering, compliance, risk, and finance teams to ensure scalable and compliant payment products. Translate complex integration specs such as bank APIs, ISO messages, scheme rules, etc. into clear product requirements. Drive regional expansion by identifying and prioritizing new local payment methods across SEA. Measure impact through data-driven insights and optimize for reliability, conversion, and transaction success rate. What You’ll Bring At least 4-6 years of product management experience, ideally in payments, fintech, or financial APIs. Hands-on experience integrating with banks, payment gateways, e-wallets, or card schemes. Strong technical fluency. You can read API documentation and collaborate meaningfully with engineers and designers. Data-driven mindset. You are comfortable defining KPIs and using metrics to drive prioritization. Experience with tools such as ClickUp, Metabase, Figma, and Postman.  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You are able to communicate with individual contributors and leaders of all levels.  Why Join Us Be part of a team shaping the future of digital payments in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. Work with industry leaders and strategic partners like banks, e-wallets, and payment networks. Drive impact that’s felt by thousands of merchants and millions of users. A culture that values ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement - Just mission alignment. Our Product Team’s Mission We believe payments should be simple, trusted, and invisible - empowering every merchant, from MSMEs to enterprises, to grow without friction.
