In addition to budgeting, forecasting, and expense reporting for SP, you will need to collaborate with global commodity managers and procurement leaders on cost mitigation efforts, building rapport and reviewing performance where necessary. The role will require superb communication skills; a proactive, problem-solving attitude; and the ability to understand complex systems and draw conclusions from data.Your role:Perform reporting and forecasting process for Ultrasounds Productivity Program (CNI/OPW) Align permanently across all Ultrasound locations - headquarters, factories and regions - on targets during forecasting and the annual budgeting processPerform budget/forecast/actual variance analysis and drive mitigation measures to ensure targets can be achievedSupport Strategic Procurement department to meet all corporate reporting and analysis requirementsAlign with corporate SHS department, provide analytics, and monthly commentary Perform monthly data analytics, tool/FC updates and standard reporting via SCM CoreCreate, analyze, comment, and distribute Key Financial Data package during monthly and quarterly closing processProvide finance management with analytical review of BA's financial performancePrepare presentations on BA's financial performance for Internal Business Reviews and Board MeetingsSupport annual budgeting process, monthly FC process and actual reporting for Strategic Procurement cost center expensesAnalyze and communicate expenses to cost center owners and managers on a monthly basisPrepare visual presentation of key financial parameters for the Budget presentationYour expertise:Experience building sales and financial planning models as well as competitive analysisExperience with SAP (CO and PCA) incl. SAP BW and AFO queriesExperience with AnaplanJedox and Business Objects experience is preferredExperience in project management across multiple countries in a complex organizationAbility to form relationships and collaborate across global matrixed functionsAbility to communicate and present financial analytics to executive stakeholders incl. CEO, CFO, and VPsBS/BA in Finance, Accounting or related degree with minimum of 2+ years’ experience in finance/controlling/accountingStrong analytical skills including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative dataStrong systems aptitude and proficiency, including expert Excel and SAP skills and strong proficiency with Power Point and Think CellProficiency with Qlikcloud for data modeling and visualization preferredBasic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 2700 EUR brutto /month + VAR*We are required by law to disclose basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions.
