该职位来源于猎聘 Position responsibilities:Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to market launch for robotic lawn mowersCoordinate cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, pre-development, hardware development, software development, strategic development partners, strategic suppliers, engineering, quality planning, testing, supply chain, after sales service, dealer training organisation) across Germany and ChinaDefine, detail, supervise and report project milestones of main and all 11 subprojects , budgets, and risk mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with CE/UL certifications and local regulations in target marketsCollaborate with marketing teams to continuously align product features with customer pain points in Western markets during the whole project running timeManage strategic vendor and service vendors relationships for hardware/software components and development servicesDrive the development of a complete new STIHL hybrid (Agile and classical) development process with new methodologies to optimize development speed and result Requirements:Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field 2. 5+ years in project management of big, international, complex projects, ideally in electronic consumer productsExperience working in multicultural R&D environmentsVery good command (min. B1) of EnglishPrevious experience with IoT/Robotics preferredBilingual proficiency (English/Chinese or German/Chinese) preferred
