You'll be joining a diverse international team of talented individuals, with high ambitions to shape the future of Wellspect commercial go-to market model.What are we expecting from you?As Global Sales Excellence Manager, you will set the foundations for a high performance sales organization, enabling leaders and teams to achieve peak performance through systems, processes, and insights.Key ResponsibilitiesSales ExcellenceDefine and implement global standards, frameworks, and processes that drive consistent, high-performance sales execution.Lead sales performance management through KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Optimize sales force design, resource allocation, and territory planning to maximize efficiency and impact.Sales EnablementDevelop and deliver training programs and tools that build core sales competencies and support continuous learning.Create and maintain sales playbooks, content, and enablement resources to accelerate execution and adoption.Partner with marketing and product teams to align messaging and go-to-market strategies for new launches.Culture ChampionFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the global sales community.Act as a trusted advisor to sales leaders, coaching them to lead high-performing teams.Design and promote recognition and reward programs that celebrate success and reinforce desired behaviors.What You BringExperience in Sales Excellence, Sales Enablement, or Commercial Operations (medical devices/pharma preferred)Strong analytical skills and CRM expertise (Salesforce a plus)Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of measurable improvements in process optimization and efficiency.Ability to influence and collaborate across global, cross-functional teamsA proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for innovationWe will assess applications on a continuous basis and encourage you to send in your application as soon as possible.We look forward hearing from you!Primary location is Molndal / Gothenburg (Sweden )or Barcelona (Spain), hybrid setting.Don't meet every single requirement?
