Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:Drive revenue generation through sponsorships, exhibition space, partnerships, and strategic sales across global MICE events.Develop and execute global sales strategies for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Build strong connections with corporate clients, travel partners, and event agencies across international markets.Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients and business opportunities across relevant industry sectors.Conduct sales calls, meetings, and virtual presentations to pitch event sponsorship and participation opportunities.Prepare customized sales proposals and partnership packages aligned with client goals.Maintain and develop long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and account management.Conduct market research to identify global trends, potential clients, and competitor activities.Monitor and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales figures to the management team.Coordinate with internal departments for handover, event execution, and vendor management as required.Attend global events, exhibitions, and networking forums to represent the company and build brand presence.Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to contract terms.Responsibilities Include:Research, prospecting, and lead generation.Outreach and global business development.Upselling and cross-selling across existing client base.Achieving and exceeding assigned global sales targets.Managing complex negotiations with senior-level executives.Building rapport and establishing long-term client relationships.Apply only if you have the below qualities:Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proven track record in MICE / Corporate Sales / Event Sales.Aggressive and positive sales attitude.Global business mindset and passion for travel.Go-getter spirit and creative thinker.Leadership qualities and ability to work under pressure.Zeal to travel the world and represent the brand globally.Professional grooming and strong presentation skills.“Work hard and play harder” attitude.Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Kalyan Nagar, BengaluruBenefits:International travel for event participation and client meetings.Monthly commissions on sales performance.Global travel incentives for top performers.Monthly sales floor incentives.Team outings and luncheons.Monetary rewards and recognition programs.Medical insurance coverage.Fixed Saturday and Sunday offs.Day shift.
