12-month contract – Switzerland – 50% onsite – French speaking partWe are partnering with a leading global biopharmaceutical to recruit a highly skilled Associate Director – Global SAP Process & Solution Architect for a 12-month mission-critical assignment.In this role, you will drive large-scale SAP transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across a complex, global supply chain environment. You will act as a strategic integrator, ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination and delivery of SAP-enabled business processes.This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced SAP and Supply Chain leader who excels in enterprise-wide projects, stakeholder management, and shaping future process roadmaps.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this high-impact role, you will:Lead the definition, design, and rollout of strategic SAP initiatives, including upgrades, global implementations, integrations, and divestitures.Partner with global supply chain and cross-functional teams to define integration strategies and oversee end-to-end delivery.Own the creation of process documentation, solution designs, and SAP process models, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.Drive UAT, cutover activities, and integration troubleshooting for major initiatives.Develop implementation plans across all Supply Chain functions and coordinate validation activities with SMEs.Lead business process and requirements definition for SAP initiatives with significant enterprise impact.Mentor junior team members and support knowledge transfer across internal stakeholders.Your ProfileYou bring a strong combination of SAP expertise, leadership capability, and deep supply chain process knowledge.Required Competencies:Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and interdependencies.Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional problem-solving initiatives.Experience delivering strategic recommendations and facilitating decision-making at governance level.Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA preferred.Advanced supply chain certifications (APICS CSCP/CPIM) are a plus.10+ years of Supply Chain Management and 10+ years of SAP experience, including enterprise SAP implementations.Experience in biotechnology/pharmaceutical manufacturing environments (cGMP, FDA).Strong financial acumen and operational excellence exposure (Green/Black Belt preferred).Why This Role?A rare chance to shape global SAP capabilities in a highly regulated, highly innovative industry.Work at strategic level while staying close to operational impact.High visibility across global functions and senior leadership.Ideal for leaders who enjoy complexity, integration challenges, and meaningful transformation work.
