Alongside our protein crystallization instrumentation, we have developed proprietary microfluidic liquid-dispensing technology and TFF-based protein concentration technology, boasting a widespread global presence with offices across the United States, Europe, Asia, and Australia.ABOUT THE POSITION:The Global Service Contract Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and administering service contracts of our world-wide clients to ensure compliance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This position involves contract review, monitoring, and negotiation with clients for renewal of their service contracts.Contract Renewals and Terminations:Track contract expiration dates and proactively manage renewals or terminations.Communicate with clients regarding contract status and renewal options/ offers.Contract Administration:Draft, review, and negotiate service contracts and agreements with clients.Prepare and review the quotes for contract renewals.Ensure that all contracts are in compliance with company requirements.Maintain accurate records of all contracts and associated documents in CRM.Contract Compliance:Monitor and enforce contract compliance by reviewing contract terms and timelines.Address and resolve any contract-related disputes or issues.Documentation and Reporting:Prepare and maintain reports on contract administration.Maintain a database of contracts, amendments, and related documentation.Customer Relations:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding contract inquiries.Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients.Process Improvement:Continuously evaluate and improve contract administration processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Recommend and implement process enhancements as needed.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in contract administration, business development, or a related role.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.WHY JOIN US?Work with customers and peers from around the worldOpportunities for continued networking and professional developmentJoin a very stable, profitable company since 2006 with no layoffs and continuing to grow rapidlyReal flexible hours where if you are needed to work late hours, you can make up that time during the day.Casual and relaxed atmosphere with activities like indoor games, team building activities, professional development lunches and more.
