For our client, a global leader in their industry, we are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Global Statutory Reporting & Compliance Manager.Key Responsibilities:Lead statutory compliance teams, overseeing the preparation and management of statutory audits and financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.Coordinate statutory audits across all legal entities, including planning, scheduling, data delivery, communication with auditors, and ensuring timely and high-quality reporting.Review financial statements, audit disclosures, business commentary, GAAP reconciliations, and final filings.Monitor changes in accounting standards and local regulations, providing guidance to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and reporting requirements.Design and implement a global statutory compliance process, focusing on standardization, data quality, and audit support efficiency.Supervise daily team operations, assess performance, and support professional development.Requirements:Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA).5–10 years of experience in statutory reporting and external audit.Strong knowledge of accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS, local GAAP).Experience with SAP, S4/HANA, and Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to identify and implement process improvements.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Proven experience in team leadership and talent development.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Career development opportunities in an international environment.A dynamic and supportive workplace culture.Flexible working hours.Corporate benefits (e.g. private medical care, sports card, insurance).Recruitment is conducted by Hays Poland Sp. z o.o., an employment agency registered under number 361.
