Our product range includes surface cleaners, disinfectants, degreasers, and specialty maintenance products—trusted by professionals and households alike for their quality, performance, and affordability.We’re on a mission to redefine how Pakistan cleans — through innovation, sustainability, and local expertise.Role OverviewWe’re looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Lead to join our GloFlo team. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, enjoys meeting new people, and thrives in a results-oriented environment. You’ll be responsible for expanding our market presence, onboarding new retailers/distributors, and promoting the GloFlo product line across your region.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard new dealers, retailers, and institutional clients (offices, hotels, hospitals, etc.).Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and field visits to build awareness and generate sales.Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure timely order follow-ups and deliveries.Collaborate with the marketing team to plan regional promotions and product activations.Monitor competitor activity and share market feedback for strategic planning.Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular reports to the Head Office.RequirementsBachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field).2–4 years of sales experience (FMCG, cleaning products, or construction chemicals preferred).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Confident personality with a passion for building relationships.Must be proactive, organized, and result-oriented.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + attractive commission on sales.Performance-based growth and career development.Full product training and marketing support.Opportunity to represent a fast-growing Pakistani brand with nationwide reach.How to ApplyIf you’re ready to build your career with a company that values initiative and performance — send your CV to jmillwala@imillwala.com with the subject line:“Application – GloFlo Sales Lead”
