GM of Transport and Infrastructure

Job Summary:The General Manager of Transport and Infrastructure will be responsible for supervising and guiding comprehensive strategies for planning and developing transport and infrastructure services at the regional level, ensuring that projects align with master plans, and achieving coordination and integration among relevant entities, thereby enhancing mobility efficiency, quality of life, and supporting the objectives of sustainable development.Main Responsibilities:General supervision of planning and developing transportation services and infrastructure and directing operational strategies.Directing the implementation of transportation and infrastructure projects to ensure alignment with strategic plans.Supervising the overall vision for providing transportation services according to the needs of different groups, regions, and times.Directing the review of the feasibility of major infrastructure and transportation projects, and ensuring the availability of necessary economic, social, and environmental analysis.Guiding forecasts of future regional transportation needs in coordination with relevant authorities.Making strategic decisions to ensure adherence to technical principles and standards.Supervising the follow-up on the implementation of operational plans for managing and maintaining transportation and infrastructure projects to ensure their sustainability and efficiency.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large infrastructure or transport projects.Certificates: PMP, PE, PMI-RMP, or equivalent professional certifications are advantage.
