Cegeka Business Solutions is looking for a strategic and hands-on Go-To-Market Manager to drive growth in established and emerging markets. In this role, you will lead marketing execution and regional coordination for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, working closely with both local stakeholders and our international marketing team.This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing strategy for a fast-growing market, backed by a trusted Microsoft partnership and the support of an experienced global team.Your ResponsibilitiesExecute the regional marketing plan in alignment with Cegeka’s global strategy.Adapt global messaging, positioning, and content to resonate with the key audiences.Act as the key liaison between marketing and sales, fostering collaboration and alignment to drive pipeline and revenue growth.Collaborate with internal experts and business teams to translate technical and commercial insights into compelling marketing narratives and campaigns.Define product positioning and value propositions tailored to specific customer segments.Align demand generation efforts with buyer journeys and market segmentation.Plan and coordinate digital campaigns, webinars, events, and partner marketing activities focused on pipeline generation and brand positioning.Support sales enablement through the creation of customer-facing presentations, one-pagers, and talking points.Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing outcomes.Stay up to date with developments in Microsoft’s ecosystem and identify new marketing opportunities.Your Profile10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT solutions or Microsoft ecosystem.Proven experience running campaigns that generate demand and build brand awareness.Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar tools.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldWhat We Offer A supportive environment where you can grow and learn from experienced colleaguesA role with real ownership and the chance to contribute to impactful projectsExposure to the strategic direction of a leading European IT services providerA hybrid work model with flexibility and autonomyA strong company culture rooted in professionalism, respect, and collaborationBenefits22 working days as Annual Vacation.3 sick days per year, that are not carried over the next year (no medical certificate required)Up to 6 spare days to be used annually strictly for training purposePrivate Medical InsuranceMonthly Ticket Restaurant vouchers – 6 EUR per working dayFlexible benefits – 25 EUR/month, with a maximum of 300 EUR/year free of taxesLearning and development opportunities - allocated budget for certifications and/or trainings.Many more to come :)
