With over 160 years of industrial heritage and decades of automotive innovation, Changan has formed strategic partnerships with leading OEMs and is now accelerating its expansion into the European market.Following our successful market entry in Western Europe, Changan is preparing its next phase of development in Central and Eastern Europe—starting with Poland.About the RoleAs Go-To-Market Specialist – Poland, you will support all activities related to product introduction, commercial readiness, and localized market launch. Working closely with central teams and local partners, you will help ensure Changan’s vehicle lineup enters Poland with strong market fit and operational readiness.In this role, you will coordinate GTM activities, adapt materials to local needs, and support the execution of launch plans across product, pricing, retail, and marketing functions. This is an ideal role for candidates with automotive market understanding who want to contribute hands-on to building a new brand in Poland.Responsibilities1. Market Launch SupportAssist in developing localized go-to-market plans for new product introductions in Poland (EVs, hybrids, etc.).Adapt central brand messaging and product content to ensure relevance for Polish consumers.Coordinate with internal teams to prepare pricing, positioning, training, and launch toolkits.2. Sales Enablement & Local AdaptationPrepare sales materials, dealer toolkits, and training documents for local partners.Support marketing teams on lead generation activities and early-stage customer engagement.Collect and summarize feedback from dealers, customers, and sales performance data to support continuous optimization.3. Cross-functional CoordinationAct as the local coordination point between central product, marketing, and retail teams.Track GTM timelines and support readiness across digital tools, POS assets, and launch-related deliverables.Support partner communications with dealers, leasing companies, and external agencies.4. Market Insights & ReportingMonitor the Polish automotive and EV market, including competitor launches and regulatory updates.Prepare insight reports with recommendations on product adaptation, offer improvements, and communication tactics.Contribute to refining the customer journey based on Polish consumer behavior.Professional Experience2–4 years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally with an OEM, importer, or dealer group.Understanding of the Polish automotive market, especially EV trends and dealer operations.Experience supporting cross-functional or commercial projects is preferred.Skills & CompetenciesKnowledge of go-to-market processes such as launch preparation, pricing basics, dealer support, and digital readiness.Strong coordination and communication skills; able to work effectively with multicultural and cross-border teams.Analytical, detail-oriented, and hands-on in execution.Comfortable summarizing insights and preparing clear documentation.Language Requirements:Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written) required.
