Our Private Equity team seeks long-term capital appreciation by committing equity to high quality companies with strong management. Our team have a strong competitive advantage through the following: Access to sophisticated financial advice in public and private market financing, mergers, acquisitions, trading, foreign exchange, commodities and investment and economic research A worldwide network in sourcing, structuring and operating successful business ventures A creative approach to identifying attractive investments by leveraging the scale of our committed capital, sponsorship and experience ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be involved in all stages of the deal lifecycle. Examples of responsibilities include:

Meeting and liaising with target company management teams and founders Developing investment theses Researching and assessing domestic & global markets Building financial investment models Coordinating w/ offshore GS domain experts, 3rd party diligence advisors, and investment banks Presenting in investment committee Participating in deal structuring and investment documentation Managing and monitoring portfolio companies post investment Supporting portfolio companies in strategic and operational projects including M&A, capital raising, asset sales, and budgeting QualificationsHighly motivated team player to be integrally involved in all aspects of private equity investing.

The ideal candidate has passion & curiosity about investing, as well as strong accounting/finance and business assessment skills.
