Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Email Text Golf Sales Specialists/Master Fitters & Builders work one-on-one with customers to provide a tour-level club fitting experience.Location 31 Scarsdale Road, North York, ON M3B 2R2 Posted 2025-10-24 Deadline 2025-11-01 Job Summary This position presents tour-level club fitting experiences through providing in-depth club fitting knowledge while also possessing the interpersonal skills to sell relationally to our clients. Master Fitters are also responsible for building networks, managing customer relationships, and assist with all store operations as required by their manager. ResponsibilitiesConducts innovative tour-level fitting experiencesReads, interprets, and explains data points in the club fitting processOversees customer relations by growing and maintaining the fittings for their studio and personal clientsMaintains brand standards by keeping work place up to studio standardsOperate technology including, but not limited to: Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft OfficeBuilds golf clubs to tightest tolerances in the industryUtilize relational selling methods to grow business metricsPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsEducation And Experience RequiredCollege degree preferredExperience with club fitting and launch monitors required1+ years in sales experience requiredExperience selling custom golf clubs preferredKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesKnowledge, skill and ability to know and understand golfCustomer FocusCommunication skills - written, verbal, and non-verbalTime managementAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDecision makingDevelop peer relationshipsPresentation skillsWork EnvironmentStudio locations with hitting baysBuild shopEquipment Used To Perform The JobSalesForceTrackmanSam Putt LabMicrosoft OfficeBuild-Shop equipment (including vices, saws, sanding belts, etc)Physical AbilitiesAbility to stand or sit for extended periods and demonstrate motions as neededAbility to work with their hands as needed to build golf clubsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a timeCompensationThis Is a Full-time Salaried Position Starting Between $45,000 & $50,000 CA.
