Governance and Deals Specialist, Global Vendor Operations

We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Contracts and Solutions Lead to deliver solutions consultations for GVO on pilot programs, new programs, and experimental vendor engagements.Manage the timely processing of commercial term updates to SOWs and order forms, and manage the data ecosystem of vendor engagements.Develop financial cost models, including total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses.Design and implement process improvements to automate or enhance legacy systems.Design and build a variety of vendor governance compliance programs in coordination with other GVO teams and broader Risk and Compliance cross-functional teams.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
