HRDF Advertisement No. 24716176Job Purpose:To support the Government Relations team in coordinating, preparing, and following up on documentation and processes related to governmental entities, ensuring smooth and timely completion of official tasks and compliance with company policies.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing and submitting documents to government authorities (e.g., GOSI, MOL, Mudad, Qiwa, etc.).Support in tracking and updating the status of government applications and renewals.Maintain proper filing and documentation of all correspondence and government-related records.Coordinate with internal departments for information required in official submissions.Support in the renewal and processing of employee-related government documents (e.g., Iqama, visas, licenses).Assist in monitoring changes in government regulations and updating the team accordingly.Perform any other administrative or coordination duties as assigned by the supervisor.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.Good understanding of Saudi government platforms and regulations is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
