GP/Health Centre Private Patient Coordinator – LondonLocation: London, Marylebone Area – Prestigious Private GP & Health ClinicHours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)Shifts: Rotating early and late shifts between 7:30am – 7:30pmContract Type: PermanentSalary £30000-£35000 depending on experience + plus a vast array of benefits, including private medical healthcare insurance.The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a professional and enthusiastic GP/Health Centre Private Patient Coordinator to join our outstanding Health Clinic in London.This is a varied, people-focused role. You’ll work as part of a friendly, collaborative team, supporting both patients and clinicians to deliver exceptional care across the clinic to private patients.The role combines front-of-house reception, clinical coordination, and administrative excellence to ensure every patient receives a seamless, five-star experience from first contact to referral follow-up and ongoing engagement. You’ll manage patient records, referrals, and correspondence while providing exceptional service.Many of our senior colleagues began their careers in this role, progressing into leadership, practice management, and patient services. We’ll provide mentorship and development opportunities to help you grow and achieve your career goals.Key Responsibilities Welcome patients, front of house reception, and ensure a smooth, professional journey throughout their visit Manage patient enquiries via phone, email, and in person with efficiency and empathy Maintain patient records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality Support GPs with notes, referrals, and correspondence Process invoices and billing accurately Assist in preparing and delivering health screening reports Liaise with consultants, hospitals, and insurers to coordinate patient care Uphold high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and serviceWhat You Will Bring Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience in a corporate, ideally health clinic. Private Patient Experience desirable.
