Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank’s growth ambition. Come grow your career with us.You will be part of the Channel Operations Centre Hub Operations Service Centre, a backroom operations unit, to support processing of customer claims from the Self-service machines (ATM/CDM).Your Key Responsibilities IncludesProcess customer withdrawal and deposit claims submitted through touchpoints and various channels. Access UOB’s application systems, both web-based and host screens for claims processing.Ensure all incoming instructions are processed within defined SLA and accurately.Job RequirementsDiploma Holder (Class 2) or equivalent of SPM (SGC)Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in financial institutions operations preferred.
