Get to Know the RoleReporting to the Head of Product Operations, the Product Operations Manager will help optimize our product development lifecycle, ensure efficient operations, and lead agreement between product, business, and other teams. We're looking for an operational expert who is execution-driven in the Product Operations space. The Critical Tasks You Will PerformYou will ensure product teams operate with clarity, agreement, and velocity by codifying workflows and promoting best practices. You will design and implement efficient, sustainable product development processes and tooling.
You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Country Operations teams to enhance product, process, and tool improvements. You will identify scalable opportunities to leverage AI for operational improvements and product expansionYou will lead the continuous improvement agenda by gathering feedback, identifying friction points, testing solutions, and increasing adoption across product teamsYou will utilize AI and automation models to enhance workflow and improve the quality of outputs, insights, and deliverablesYou will define and lead the program rollout strategy for multiple products, ensuring operational rigor throughout the product lifecycle from brainstorming to launch and beyond.
QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need5 years of experience in product operations, program/product management, or a related operational role in the tech environment. Have experience applying qualitative sense-making with quantitative, data-driven insights, ensuring that all decisions are grounded in analysis and practical understanding using SQL, BI toolsExperience designing and implementing scalable operational systems and processes (bonus: experience leading complex projects from start to finish)Have experience working with product management tools (e. g. , Jira) and collaboration platforms (e. g. , Slack). Communication skills in working with and influencing multiple team members and management.
Proactive problem solver with experience breaking down ambiguous issues into component parts to develop solutions.
