GRADER OPERATOR

Position: Grader OperatorSalary: 2000-5000 AED Accommodation And FoodLocation : Abu DhabiKey Responsibilities: Operate grader to grade surfaces and level earthworks according to project plans and specifications Conduct pre and post-operation checks on the grader and report any maintenance or repair needs Ensure proper maintenance and storage of equipment Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used Participate in training and development programs as neededRequirements: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience operating graders in a construction setting Valid UAE driver's license and ability to operate heavy equipment Strong understanding of construction safety protocols Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as neededBenefits: Competitive salary Medical insurance Annual leave Ongoing training and development opportunities Dynamic and diverse work environment
