Join our team in Kawerau and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and environmental sustainability.About The RoleWe are seeking two recent Engineering Graduates to join our team, across any discipline but namely Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.The Graduate Engineers (Electrical, Civil or Mechanical) will follow established Engineering principles, develop production skills, learn to troubleshoot and gain expert knowledge of the product supply industry.Having recently completed your qualification, you will put your theory into practice across multiple divisions of the business, gaining a holistic view of the organisation. You will have the opportunity to work with some of New Zealand’s leading brands, whilst gaining exposure to a local manufacturing environment.This is an entry level, structured, 2-year Graduate Development programme, based at our Kawerau site.What You Will DoDevelop and improve technical mastery skills in different areasWork on Process Control and Total Productive MaintenanceSupport and shadow experienced Engineers in daily tasksDrive projects to support product supply improvements and deliverablesMonitor production processes and work methodsCollect, compile and analyse production data to identify opportunities to improve processesWho You Are:We are looking for new grads (graduated within the last 18 months) with an analytical mind and a passion for furthering their learning.
