The role offers exposure to end-to-end procurement activities and aims to build a strong foundation for a future career in supply chain management.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and processing purchase orders and requisitions.Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, price comparisons, and delivery schedules.Support in vendor identification, evaluation, and registration processes.Maintain purchase records and assist in preparing MIS reports.Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve discrepancies.Assist in data analysis for cost control and process improvement.Collaborate with internal departments such as Stores, Accounts, and Production to ensure smooth procurement flow.Learn and adhere to company procurement policies and compliance requirements.
