The ideal candidate should be passionate about learning and growing in the engineering field. The role involves gaining hands-on experience, applying engineering principles, and ensuring high standards of work quality.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and manage new site development and civil maintenance projects.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards at all project sites.Prepare project reports and share timely updates with senior management.Assist in site inspections, quality checks, and resolving on-site issues.
