We offer engineering solutions for a wide spectrum of industries such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, electro-mechanical projects, water management, mining, construction & textile.🔧 Role Details – Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) @ VoltasAs a GET at Voltas, you will play a key role in supporting production planning and operations.Responsibilities Include📅 Production Planning: Assist in planning plant production schedules and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.🏗️ Material Coordination: Ensure raw material availability as per the production plan by coordinating with the production and stores departments.⏱️ Operational Efficiency: Plan and prioritize operations to maximize performance and minimize delays.📋 Inventory & Audits: Support inventory management and assist during audits.🤝 Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, ask questions, and contribute wherever needed to meet production goals.
