Job description:Graduate Opportunity – IXOM New ZealandAt IXOM, we’re excited to welcome the next generation of talent into our business. Our Graduate Program is designed to give you hands-on experience across different areas of our operations, helping you build a strong foundation for a successful career in the chemical and manufacturing industry.As a graduate, you’ll play a key role in driving innovation and supporting the future growth of our business. This is a full-time role, with structured rotations across technical, commercial, and operational teams. Your First Rotation: Technical TeamYour journey begins with our Technical Team, based in Mount Maunganui, where you’ll report directly to our Technical Manager. In this rotation, you’ll be involved in: Managing approved CAPEX projects Providing technical assistance to operating plants (e.g. documentation, optimisation, troubleshooting) Supporting other projects with drawings, equipment sizing, and design reviews Advising the sales team on innovation-related technical matters  This rotation will give you a strong foundation in practical engineering and project delivery within a real-world industrial setting. Future RotationsAfter your initial technical rotation, you’ll move into our Water Team within our Commercial business unit, gaining customer-facing experience. This is followed by placement with our Process Cleaning (Dairy) and Innovation team where you’ll apply you will contribute to managing development initiatives from concept to completion, such as formulating new or improved products through lab and pilot testing. Who We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking graduates who are passionate, curious, and ready to make an impact.
