Responsible for executing all assigned loading and off-loading tasks in accordance with delivery procedures. Committed to following instructions provided by the Team Leader and Managers. Ensures accurate fulfilment of all delivery instructions and tasks assigned. Always strives to uphold the integrity of the company.Key Responsibilities Learn & adhere to clear understandings of the clients’ requirements. Build the knowledge & experience to ensure the correct use of equipment and to timeously report any defects. To report and record any non-conformity with regards to customer merchandise. To work within operating areas as determined by management and the needs of the business. When carrying out duties – adapt to following operating procedures and safe working practices. A strong ability to leverage data for informed decision-making and analysis. A commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks undertaken. A proactive approach to seeking enhancements in processes and outcomes. A solid grasp of supply chain operations and their intricacies. While not necessarily an expert in a specific area, a desire to gain exposure to various aspects of the business in a multitasking environment. Willingness to get involved in tasks, even if they fall outside of primary responsibilities. A commitment to promoting standardization across processes to improve efficiency and consistency.Qualifications & Requirements Matric. Degree in Supply Chain/Engineering. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Proficient in Power BI. Committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Solid understanding of supply chain processes. Open to gaining experience across multiple areas, thriving in a multitasking environment. Willing to engage in hands-on tasks, even those outside of core responsibilities.
