This role supports the development of future leaders by offering exposure to key business processes, project management, and cross-functional relationships.The Programme offers comprehensive, hands-on training structured into two phases:12 Months: Focus on Depot and Business Operations12 Months: Dedicated to Client Operational and Commercial areasIn addition to these core rotations, successful candidates will gain exposure to other critical business functions, including Finance, Safety, Health and Sustainability, People & Culture, and Information Technology.As Qube Logistics NZ operates nationwide, participants will be required to travel to various locations to meet the programme’s requirements.This is a full time, fixed term position that will commence in February 2026 and continue through to February 2028Location: Neilson Street, Onehunga, Auckland or Sulphur Point, TaurangaAbout YouYou will have a minimum class 1 full drivers licenceA tertiary qualification ideally in Commerce/Business/Administration or similarA strong desire to grow your career within shipping and logisticsAbility to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution Work collaboratively and harmoniously as a part of a teamAbility to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment Reliable, team player, with a can-do attitudeBenefits:Free health insurance (after six months of continuous employment)Free carparking onsite or close byCareer development and exposureQube recognises the value of an inclusive and diverse work environment.
