Serving over 2,300 brands, Fynd is at the forefront of retail technology, transforming customer experiences and business processes across various industries.What will you do at Fynd?Debug and resolve production issues by analyzing logs, performance metrics, and code behavior.Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring reliability, scalability, and high performance.Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using Node.js, Python, and React.js.Develop scripts, tools, and automation workflows to streamline operational and monitoring tasks.Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from understanding requirements to deployment and monitoring.Build robust API integrations and work with databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL.Deploy and manage scalable services using GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.Collaborate across teams to improve product stability, observability, and developer efficiency.Document systems, create flowcharts, and propose solutions that simplify operations and improve maintainability.Take full ownership of the code you build — from design to deployment and beyond.Some Specific RequirementsHands-on knowledge in Node.js or Python, or React.js.Understanding MongoDB or PostgreSQL.Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Operating Systems.You enjoy debugging, maintaining, and optimizing real-world systems at scale.You love automating repetitive tasks to improve team productivity.You can work across frontend or backend as needed and are always eager to learn new technologies.You might not have experience with all the tools we use, but you’re open to learning with the right guidance and resources.BTech/BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.What do we offer?GrowthGrowth knows no bounds, as we foster an environment that encourages creativity, embraces challenges, and cultivates a culture of continuous expansion.
