We provide excellent progression and development plans to accelerate your career while gaining exposure to the latest technologies.Position SummaryReporting to our Test Managers the Graduate Software Test Engineer will be focused on the creation and implementation of manual and/or automation test solutions. Using existing and new technologies the role will focus on continuous improvement and drive high quality delivery.The successful candidate will have a strong interest in testing, automation, and solution delivery. The candidate will be a strong team player, ability to problem solve, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and have a drive to implement change,If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!Primary ResponsibilitiesParticipate in sprint planning sessions reviewing use cases and providing test solutions and estimatesAnalyse product requirements and creation of manual/automation test coverageExecution, troubleshooting and maintenance of existing test suitesReporting product issues, bug analysis and complete investigation to resolutionContribute ideas/solutions for continuous improvement of the testing frameworkTest Environment configuration for test execution – including data managementWork as part of scrum team and contribute ideas and improvements.Analyse, communicate and report test findingsWork closely with the scrum teams and product owners to provide excellent testing coverageWork as part of the software testing team to ensure consistent standards and audit standards are maintainedMinimum QualificationsComputer Science or Software Development Degree or equivalent IT qualificationCoding/ testing experience is not necessary but will be a distinct advantage, especially using C# and/or JavaExperience using test automation tools such as Selenium, SpecFlow, Azure Pipelines a plusExperience working within an Agile/Scrum environment would be helpfulExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of attention to detail and strong aptitude for learning new technologiesApplicants must have permanent residency in Ireland – EU residency or Stamp 4 a minimumRole will be hybrid requiring at least one day a week in our Limerick officeWhat We Offer YouAt Kneat, we truly value ideas and collaboration so we’ve created an environment that builds, protects and celebrates teamwork.
