Your responsibilities will include:Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to regional sales teamsCoordinate daily sales activities to ensure smooth execution and alignment with regional strategiesAnalyze sales data to uncover market trends and growth opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with local partners and distributorsAssist in sales forecasting, performance tracking, and reportingSupport the planning and implementation of regional sales initiativesGain hands-on exposure to diverse regional markets and dynamic business environmentsRequirement:Upcoming graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree obtained between August 2025 and December 2026;Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (both written and spoken);Strong passion for technology, gadgets, and smartphones;Enthusiastic, positive, and communicative, with a keen interest in developing a future sales management career;Resilient, self-motivated, and able to perform well under pressure;Eager to learn, embrace challenges, and adapt quickly to change.If you’re passionate about technology and eager to grow, please send your resume with your expected graduation date.Xiaomi is an equal opportunity employer.
