On behalf of our Client, we are currently looking for a relationship-driven and proactive professional for the role ofPROCUREMENT MANAGERwho will oversee procurement activities across 4 branches in Latvia with a strong foundation in strategic procurement and long-term vendor managementAs a key player in the company's growth journey, You will: Manage procurement activities for all HM branches in LatviaEstablish and maintain procurement functions and procedures. Implement corporate policies across all branches in Latvia. Support HM branches in Latvia to achieve their business goals through effective procurement strategies. Conduct negotiations with suppliers and vendors to secure the best possible conditions.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure procurement needs are met efficiently. Support both Baltic-level and Northern Europe procurement activities by assisting in cross-functional tasks, initiatives, and projects as needed. To be successful in this role, your professional background should cover: At least 3 years' experience in procurement and supplier negotiations, preferably within construction or manufacturing industry. Educational Background: Degree in Commercial, Engineering or a related field, providing a solid foundation for effective procurement management. MS Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, along with solid proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (knowledge of HansaWorld is a plus). Language Skills:
Fluent in English and Latvian, both written and spoken, with the ability to confidently conduct business communication on a daily professional level (additional languages are an advantage).
