Job Title: Enterprise Risk Management ExpertOrganization: Enterprise Risk Management, Risk ManagementJob Location: DhakaClosing Date: 14-Aug-25Please attach your updated CV while applying for this position Job Purpose:  To identify, evaluate, and report enterprise-wide risks, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement mitigation strategies that safeguard organizational value, enhance risk resilience, and support informed decision-making across the company. Job responsibilities: Perform risk assessments and evaluations to identify, analyze, and quantify risks while developing effective mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational assets and objectives.

Conduct periodic risk review with divisional heads/ risk owners across the organization in collaboration with respective divisional risk coordinators. Maintain and update a local risk register with complete and accurate information and documentation on risk systems. Track open mitigation actions and follow-up action owners to take necessary mitigation actions. Assist in preparing periodic and ad-hoc risk reports for Management, Group counterparts, and Board Regular interactions with business functions to proactively identify and address emerging risks. Research on international standards and best practices, implement relevant improvements.

Promote a risk-aware culture and leadership across the organization Coordinate with the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to support divisional deliverables. Any other duties as assigned by the Head of ERM in relation to risk management. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in risk management or internal control. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, CRM, or equivalent are desirable. Solid understanding of risk management concepts and the telecom industry landscape.
