This program has been redesigned with the concept of interns “learning by doing” at its core, to provide a valuable work experience that will enable the interns to develop their skills, gain exposure to different areas of the organization, and contribute to dedicated projects.

Recent university graduates from tech and non-tech (Business and Engineering) disciplines are eligible to applyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with digitalization, tech and programming languages is an added advantageJava, C/C++, Oracle, My-SQL, Python, Java Script, Linux, etc. (only for internships in Technology)Experience in leading diversified team and participation in extracurricular activities is a plusOthers: Competitive monthly stipend.
