Analyzes current business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities and propose optimized solutions.
Translates business needs into technical specifications and prepares supporting documentation such as data models and process flows. Assesses and recommends technology solutions based on cost-benefit analysis and alignment with industry best practices. Supports end-to-end project management, ensuring timely and successful delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Facilitates communication between IT and business teams while maintaining a high standard of quality in all deliverables. Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather and document clear, detailed requirements aligned with strategic goals. The key requirements of this role are: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field.
2-5 years’ experience in technology business analysis. Experience in banking operations and financial services will be consider as an asset. Experience in process documentation and analysis, including specification of system requirements for business processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
