Client OverviewThe client is part of the prestigious global luxury real estate brand founded in 1976 by fine art dealers. With an expansive global network spanning 84 countries and territories, 1,100 offices worldwide, and over 26,100 sales associates, they provide unparalleled local expertise with global reach.We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). This role is ideal for someone who can take a brief and translate it into professional, high-quality content that aligns with our brand standards.Job HighlightsPaid Hours per Week: 20Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM | Manila timeWork Arrangement: Work from homeContract: Independent ContractorSide note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.Responsibilities:Design and produce professional imagery, content, and marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.Work across digital and print formats, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.Interpret creative briefs and deliver content that effectively meets the outlined objectives.Collaborate with the team to ensure all visual content supports business goals and brand standards.Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining a high standard of work.RequirementsProficiency in Adobe Creative SuiteInDesign (most important - booklets, digital ads, print ads)Photoshop (important - must be able to remove cars, fill in empty grass or remove clutter from images)Adobe Express (important - must be able to create videos and social media content)Adobe Illustrator (advantageous but not essential)Canva Suite (for social media, booklets, marketing material)ChatGPT (for content support and ideation)Strong eye for detail and creativity.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Solid understanding of branding and the ability to create content within set brand standards.Proactive and flexible, with excellent communication skills.Social Media experience - Scheduling experience, creating thumbnails, monitoring inboxes for comments / messages is preferredIndependent Contractor PerksPermanent work-from-homeImmediate hiringReminder:Kindly apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
