Graphic Designer - Beauty Brand (Full-Time, Hybrid | City of Industry, CA)A leading beauty brand is seeking a Graphic Designer with strong expertise in packaging design to join their creative team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the City of Industry. The position requires onsite presence for the first 30-60 days, followed by a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days remote.Packaging design is a primary focus of this role. Candidates must have substantial experience in packaging and be prepared to share a portfolio that includes packaging samples.Key QualificationsExtensive experience in packaging design for consumer goods, ideally within the beauty or cosmetics industryBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging workProficient in Adobe Creative Suite on a Mac platformAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, imaginative, and flexible Portfolio displaying samples with a bright, edgy design aesthetic Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the design and development of product packaging, from concept through production, in collaboration with the product development teamCreate 2D renderings and mock samples of packaging conceptsRefresh and evolve existing packaging to align with brand updates and market trendsDesign a variety of in-store retail materials including POP displays, merchandising assets, and signageDevelop brand collateral such as guidelines, brochures, mailers, collateral, magazine ads, and web bannersConceptualize annual beauty campaigns including mood boards, casting, location scouting, and budget planningTake ownership of projects from initial concept through final productionTo apply: Please submit your resume and portfolio, specifically highlighting packaging design samples, to be considered for this opportunity.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
