We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Graphic Designer for our Marketing department.YOU MUST CURRENTLY BE BASED IN SPAIN OR PORTUGAL TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE The position serves as an integral part of the team and is a tremendous opportunity during a very exciting time.The primary responsibility of this role would be to develop and lead designs for various formats keeping the broader story, message, brand, and top priorities in mind.To work on projects with multiple designers and stakeholders and ensure consistency of visual elements of brand.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and create compelling visuals from short briefs and meetings with communications partners and executives by asking questions and recognizing areas where more information is required.Adapt to and produce work for different sub-brands and project types in a fast-paced environmentMonitor business and team goals to ensure projects are in alignment.Proactively make suggestions and develop design systems, processes and drive solutions to problems which allow the team to scale support and impact.Identify potential roadblocks with design projects and find creative solutions.Use sound judgement to prioritize all aspects of projects and communicate shifting priorities to key stakeholders.Job DescriptionWork closely with our global marketing/creative design team in upcoming initiatives from creative concepts to support graphics and fulfilling project requests for various teams across the organisation.Responsible for creation of marketing/communication campaigns, strategizing designs for upcoming projects, ideation of visuals, web, social media graphics, collateral, flyers, PPT, landing page creation and other marketing materials as needed.Be able to adapt and produce work for different sub-brands and project types in a fast-paced environment.Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Enthusiastically contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.Ensure brand consistency across deliverables.Able to identify potential roadblocks with design projects and find creative solutionsStrong judgement, which can be used to prioritise all aspects of projects and communicate shifting priorities to project managers.Detail oriented, self-starter and able to work both independently as well as in a collaborative setting.Prerequisites5-7 years experienceProficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft PowerPoint, FigmaExcellent team communication skillsPreferred Skills / Preferred ExperienceAccount-based Marketing (ABM) campaignsUser Interface / User Experience Design, such as CerosSocial media management with focus on LinkedIn and TwitterThis role is open for a limited time only
