Position SummaryThe position is responsible for designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. Ideal candidates have a portfolio, love technology, and be able to work across multiple platforms. Be ready for multiple tasks, team collaboration, and a high-volume workload. UX & Graphic Design – General ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end UX design process: user research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Translate business and user needs into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.Create visual concepts and layouts that clearly communicate information and support a seamless user experience.Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.Collaborate with other departments (product, marketing, development, etc.) to gather requirements and iterate on solutions.Conduct or support usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.Develop illustrations, icons, logos, and other design assets using design software.Use the company’s designated colors, typography, and layouts for each graphic and digital interface.Review final layouts and screens to ensure they are visually appealing, accessible, and on-brand.Required ProfileExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal).Demonstrated experience in UX design (portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, and interface designs).Proficiency with UX/UI tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.).A minimum of one (1) year of work experience in graphic design; UX experience is a strong plus.Ability to generate ideas, think creatively, and clearly communicate concepts during team brainstorms and reviews.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to balance user needs, brand guidelines, and technical constraints.
