You will be at the heart of bringing our brand to life visually—across digital, print, packaging, emails, website and campaigns. From crafting bold concepts to final execution, you’ll be shaping ideas that are not only beautiful but consistent with our brand identity and that inspire people worldwide.💡 What You'll Do:Designing visuals for digital advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google)Creating design assets for email marketing campaignsCrafting banners, landing page assets, and other visuals for the websiteSupporting campaigns, promotions, and new product launches with creative designCreating print-ready materials: packaging, brochures, event brandingDeveloping design concepts for new product launches and visual campaignsAdapting designs into different language versions for international marketsUsing AI design tools to generate creative concepts and speed up productionEnsuring brand consistency across all channels and marketsCollaborating closely with the marketing team to execute creative briefsResearching design trends and applying them to keep the brand fresh and innovativeParticipating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas to elevate brand identityAnalyzing new and existing marketing materials to discover opportunities for improvement and innovation.🎯 What We're Looking For:Must have skills:A strong eye for aesthetics, design trends, and brand storytelling Creative thinking and a fast mind for new ideasAttention to detail and passion for clean, impactful designExperience with AI tools for design and content creation is a plusProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a creative teamTeamwork skills, positive attitude, and strong communication abilitiesExperience: At least 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic DesignerExperience in digital design: social media (organic & ads), email campaigns, banners, and website visualsMotion graphics and video editing skills are a plusExcellent proficiency in both Bulgarian and English (written and spoken)A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is a plusOrganisational skills:Excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously🌟 What We Offer:Motivational remuneration and an employment contractOpportunities for creativity and growth in a dynamic environmentInformal internal communication, no formal dress codeOpportunities for personal and professional growthA bright, modern, and exciting place to work with a great location in Sofia, BulgariaMultisport cardWork at office with an option for work-from-home when neededTeam building activities and eventsFreedom to execute own ideas✨ Why To Apply Now:At COCOSOLIS, you’ll do work that inspires you - with a team that supports you.
