Requires collaboration with our marketing, brokerage, and management teams to design solutions that effectively showcase properties, communicate value, and strengthen brand recognition. The ideal candidate is a detail oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.In this role, you willServe as a brand champion by implementing and maintaining a high standard of design, format and production.Provides design direction on layout and production of marketing deliverables by integrating written and visual messages. Manages the visual identity and entire design process from start to end.Create, design, and produce a variety of print and online marketing materials including brochures, maps, offering memorandums, proposals emails and websites, ensuring corporate branding strategies are met. Video development including editing and motion graphics animation. Meets with teams to define project requirements and offers creative marketing solutions, producing marketing materials to the clients’ satisfaction.Sources and works with external vendors to complete projects in a timely manner and within budgetWhat You Bring4+ years of graphic design experience.2+ years of online design, advertising and email marketing experience. Experience with B2B marketing via social media is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or a related fieldPrevious commercial real estate experience is considered an asset.Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; experience with Premiere and After Effects is a plus.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Expert knowledge of printing technologies, including writing print specs, quote requests, and setting up print-ready files.Strong design aesthetic, including creative design solutions within the constraints of the Internet.Experience in architectural visualization and related software is an asset.Make your next move an expert one and join us as we lead the industry into the future.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
