Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer with strong expertise in multimedia production and digital-first design. The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of proven experience in graphic design, video creation, and motion graphics, with a strong command of brand identity, visual storytelling, and integrated design. This role requires both artistic excellence and technical proficiency to deliver compelling visual content across multiple platforms.Responsibilities:Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual and multimedia content for print, digital, and video platforms.Create engaging video and motion graphics content, including storyboarding, editing, and post-production.Translate creative briefs into innovative design solutions while maintaining consistency with brand identity and guidelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, communications, digital, and product) to deliver impactful design outcomes.Design user-centric digital assets, including UI/UX mockups, presentations, and interactive visuals.Manage projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and brand alignment are met.Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, elevating the overall quality of team output.Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and new technologies (including 3D and animation techniques).Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and proposals using Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word).EducationBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).Experience5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design across print and digital formats.Proven experience in developing marketing and communication materials such as brochures, reports, flyers, presentations, event assets, and corporate collateral.Experience producing digital and social media assets (static, animated, or short-form video).Previous work in-house marketing/communications teams, agencies, or creative studios.Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (mandatory).Working knowledge of animation and motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro (for short videos, reels, or animated assets).Familiarity with presentation design using PowerPoint.Experience with digital/UI tools (e.g., Figma or Sketch) is an advantage.Knowledge of 3D or animation software (Blender, Cinema4D, Maya) is a plus, but not mandatory.CompetenciesStrong sense of brand identity, visual hierarchy, typography, and layout across print and digital platforms.Ability to conceptualize and deliver integrated campaigns and multi-format designs.Experience preparing artwork for print production and liaising with printers.Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to adapt designs to different audiences and channels.Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Leadership, ownership, and the ability to guide junior designers when needed.
