Every product and campaign we launch is designed to make women feel confident, connected, and part of something bigger.About the RoleWe’re seeking a Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and commerce. This role focuses on designing digital marketing assets that tell a story — from engaging email visuals to on-site campaigns and performance-driven paid media.The right candidate understands how to translate a brand message into a compelling digital experience. You’ll work closely with our marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to bring product stories and campaign moments to life across every customer touchpoint.This position is ideal for someone with strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, and a passion for fashion and licensed sports culture.What You’ll DoEmail & Digital DesignDesign on-brand email graphics for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and collaborations.Build layouts optimized for both desktop and mobile — visually storytelling each campaign without owning overall strategy.Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or comparable email design tools) is essential. You’ll regularly design and implement email assets directly in-platform, ensuring layouts display as intended across devices and segments.Maintain consistency in tone, color, typography, and creative direction.On-Site & E-Commerce CreativeDevelop homepage graphics, navigation visuals, and collection assets that enhance the customer journey.Design on-site promotional content aligned with current campaigns and inventory priorities.Ensure all visuals reflect our brand identity while supporting seasonal updates and trend moments.Paid Media & Campaign AssetsCreate digital ad assets for Meta, TikTok, Google, and other paid channels, adapting visuals for multiple placements and testing formats.Design multi-team graphics, lifestyle collages, and campaign visuals that reinforce brand storytelling across channels.Ensure licensed team logos and graphic placements are consistently and accurately applied to all creative.Use automation and AI tools to streamline mockup creation and produce production-ready assets for large-scale campaign or product drops.Optimize all creative for channel-specific performance — tailoring assets for email, web, and paid ad environments to achieve the strongest engagement and conversion results.Collaboration & WorkflowWork alongside marketing, photography, and product teams to ensure visuals align with brand storytelling and launch timelines.Maintain a clean, organized creative file system for templates, image libraries, and campaign archives.Collaborate across departments and be cross-trained in related areas of production, including basic product image preparation, file management, and maintaining organized asset libraries.Support team efficiency by learning light retouching, resizing, and Photoshop processes as needed for campaign execution.What You BringProven graphic design experience within e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands (portfolio required).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva.Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email platforms for visual execution.Experience creating assets for paid digital channels (Meta, TikTok, Google).Strong understanding of typography, color, and layout principles.Ability to design with both creative flair and conversion goals in mind.Tagline or copywriting skill for headlines, captions, or subject lines.Bonus: Experience with photography or content capture — from campaign shots to social moments — is a plus, but not required.Passion for women’s fashion and licensed sports culture.Why You’ll Love Working HereCreative Autonomy: Bring your ideas to life across multiple digital platforms.Collaborative Culture: Work with a team that values creativity, curiosity, and precision.Brand Energy: Our audience is bold, loyal, and deeply connected — and our visuals reflect that energy every day.Fast-Paced Growth: You’ll be part of a brand that’s constantly evolving, innovating, and redefining women’s licensed apparel.
